With Arknights’ content running for almost 3.5 years since its release and the celebratory atmosphere going at full swing with the release of several brand new event teased and the release of a brand new game mode - Integrated Strategies #3, a special Thank You Celebration event have also been announced for Arknights - featuring the special Lupo based 3 weeks story event - IL Siracusano and the introduction of brand new operators, including the limited time available 6* Specialist Texas the Omertosa, the 6* Defender Penance and a brand new limited time banner that features them both as rate up operators.

 

In this guide, we will go over all of the details of the special Thank You celebration campaign and the limited time event IL Siracusano and advise players on how they can best obtain all of the rewards of these special limited time available events in the fastest and most effective way possible. Arknights Special Thank You Celebration Campaigns - How to Get All Of The Rewards

With the Thank You celebration upcoming in full swing, several special limited time campaigns and events have been announced to reward players with a large amount of rewards and character upgrading materials to prepare for the special 3 weeks side story - IL Siracusano featuring a free 6* Operator - the 6* Vanguard Vigil

Special Celebration Log-in Events

During the event’s duration, when players log into the game, they will have a chance to obtain various rewards and a large amounts of Orundums that can be used to pull on the special limited time available banner and a special 10 pulls ticket that can exclusively be spent on the limited banner to roll 10 pulls for free on the banner.

The first log-in event is the special limited time available 10 free pull summoning tickets for the limited time banner. This ticket can easily be obtained by the player simply logging into the game at least once during the event’s period while the special limited banner is still live.

 

The second log in special campaign is the special lottery event where players will be able to obtain various amounts of orundums for a total of 14 days straight. When logging into the game, players will be able to choose a bet, with low risk, medium and high risk options. The higher the risk, the higher the amount of Orundums players might get from the day’s login. However, if they chose wrong, they will receive the minimum amount of Orundums. The amount of Orundums ranges from 300 all the way to 600 everyday.

 

Finally, with the special limited time banner available to roll on, everyday players will be able to do 1 free summoning of the limited banner when they log into the game.

Brand New Gameplay Mechanics

Together with the Thank You Celebration Update, players will be able to experience special brand new gameplay mechanics being added into the game.

 

The first of these new implementations is the introduction of the 3rd roguelike game mode - Mizuki and the caerula arbor also known as Integrated Strategies #3.

The 2nd of these new features is one that players have been waiting for a long time for it to be implemented - the dual operators system. After the release of this update patch, Normal operators and their Alternate counterparts will now be able to be used in the same squad for all battles, meaning you won’t have to pick between different versions of your favorite characters to bring into the fight. This helps to diversify the gameplay and helps to allow players the chance to use all of the versions of their favorite characters.

However, it is important to note that with this implementation, players won’t be able to obtain free skin tickets with brand new Alter operators’ release anymore. In addition, the special reward system for upgrading both the original and Alter operators will also be removed 1 month after this update.

Special Celebration Side Story - IL Siracusano Event

The Celebration Side Story of this time is the special mafia inspired Side Story- IL Siracusano Side Story, featuring special event stages, an event shop with various amounts of character upgrading rewards and the special limited time available Free 6* Operator - The 6* Vanguard Vigil.

 

Take part in the event to uncover the past of Texas and clear event stages to accumulate event currencies in order to exchange for the multitude of rewards from the Side Story.

The Side Story will be divided into 3 phases with each week unlocking one of the event phases. The first week will unlock the first phase featuring the event story and normal stages. The 2nd week will unlock the challenge stages for extra currencies and the last week will unlock a special stage where players will have to challenge themselves and defeat up to 400 enemies at once.

Free 6* Operator - Vigil

Vigil is the Free 6* Vanguard operator that is awarded to players once they have reached a certain point in the event. He is a tactical vanguard with the ability to summon a familiar that will attack the enemy on the ground with him.

Vigil’s strong point lies in his ability to generate DP and block enemies with his familiar, initiating coordinated attacks with them using his skill to deal massive amounts of damage to enemies blocked by his familiars. Once defeated, the familiars will not go away, but instead switch to a weaker form for a short period of time before recovering, this allows him to effectively block enemies and deal damage to them all at the same time.

Special Limited Time Rate UP Banner - Should You Roll

Together with the Thank You Celebration Campaign, a limited time banner will also be featured with 2 brand new operators being introduced - the 6* Limited Specialist Operator Texas the Omertosa and the 6* Defender Penance.

Penance

Penance is a 6* Defender Operator that specializes in granting herself a big shield and reflecting a portion of the damage her shield takes from enemies’ attacks back to them, allowing her to be an extremely powerful tank in difficult contents.

Penance's strong suit lies in her ability to block up to 4 enemies at once, granting herself a big shield that nullifies a large portion of damage dealt to her and reflects the damage she takes back to the enemy that deals them. Penance's strong defensive ability makes her extremely useful against ranged enemies and large groups of enemies attacking all at once, as she will be able to withstand the onslaught and deal back the damage to them.

Texas The Omertosa

Texas The Omertosa or Texas Alter is a 6* Limited Specialist Operator that has the ability to essentially assassinate a big group of enemies all by herself and be able to constantly be redeployed throughout the map to wipe out dangerous enemies.

Texas Alter’s strong point lies in her ability to have a short redeployment cooldown, allowing her to be redeployed constantly around the map with minimal cost. Coupled this with her 2nd skill which allows her to deal massive amounts of Arts damage to a large area surrounding her and her 3rd skill which allows her to stun enemies in an even larger area and you will get an extremely powerful tool to pick off dangerous enemies and to crowd control big waves of enemies. 

 

In addition, her talent allows her to gain a massive amount of attack stats and allow her to reactivate her skill once she has defeated an enemy during her skill’s duration, allowing her to guarantee the kill and leaving no witnesses in the process.

Should You Pull

Absolutely YES. Texas Alter is one of, if not, the best operators in the game with her strong utility and big damage potential, making her an extremely valuable operator to have in the game. Coupled with her limited availability, players should absolutely spend their resources on her banner as it will yield the best payoff.
