I think totalAV is awesome. gave 4 stars because it's not all inclusive. you have to pay more for further coverage, in which some of it looks like it should be included... Other than that it appears to be of great use. I scanned as soon as I installed and it freed up all of my duplicates etc. and made more space available for me. I really like it so far.
As of 3/30/24, your App Lock will not let me lock the SETTINGS. Been using TotalAV for quite a few years now, and I have watched it evolve. On IPhone 7 it had no real issues. I have since had to move down to a free android tablet and the software just didn't want to behave or work properly anymore until I complained via this review. Using a "VPN FREE" app now. Then the software suddenly started working again? Hmmm! Who or whatever is controlling it, please let it continue to work. Thank you!
Only 2 of their apps are here. There are more of their site. They all link together. I was charged unknowingly for months. I requested a refund because I did not have it installed or used it. 4 CSR wrote back, one even told me it was a shame that I was canceling. I was offered everything free for life and even sent an invoice showing it. Yet, I got charged again and they went ahead and canceled my access. This is FRAUD. Taking it to the next level.
