This app just can't keep it together. I deleted cards and added a new one and it just won't save to the account. I like to order my food on the app then pick it up in person instead of waiting in such a long line. But due to this app just never working properly I can't ever order ahead anymore. God would it be so cool if you could get the app to work properly. How frustrating. The place alone is 5 stars as the food is very good. Just the app sucks.
Overall, this app is very easy to use. The interface is clean and simple, giving quick access to those delicious chicken fingers. I only have two real complaints. One: Delivery can't be ordered through the app, only pickup, so I have to use a third party delivery app like GrubHub. Two: I can't order through the app and use my Caniac club rewards. They can only be used when ordering in store.
Checking out I get "The sum of your selected payment methods must equal the total order" I am just trying to pay for the order with 1 card. Somehow they also added my card 3x. During checkout I selected somebody else is picking up the order. Now it wants me to geotrack it. Seriously? Not even an option to get it changed? Comparing app to other places I order, this one is painfull to use.
