Once again, Very poor service. The VPN has been out for over 1 week. I have contacted customer service, and the only placate the request. I call again, and they state "were working on the issue " and they state they will "get back to me" and they never call back. When my subscription expires, I will be leaving as there are other options, and apparently Panda Security does not care about customer service.
It doesnt come on immediately when I turn my phone on. It only takes a second for an intruder to pass thru. Thinking of deleting. I need one that's on. What do you have to say about this Panda? Work from the get-go. Or lose members because of it? Update-9/17/20: my phone hasn't had the dome on it for an hour now. I've watched at notifications, as well as changing over to another app and only turned on when I just now tapped onto play store reviews to write this. For an hour, panda dome gone.🤔
After upgrading to pro, using my Google points. It will not upgrade the free version to pro. On logging in using my Google account it tells me that the user name or password is incorrect. There is nowhere I can see to register my Google account or any other account. Can you advise how I can access the pro features that I have paid for.
