Sometimes it's not possible to log on, every time you have to enter user ID and password. My android phone wants to fill in this information automatically, but the password appears also in the email address box. After logging in you still need to select the device (I only have one) which does not make sense. For my air conditioner, not all functions are available.
It's by far the worst app I've ever seen in my life. Everytime you want to use it you need to find the AC with the app. Everytime. And to do so it's a nightmare. You need to set the machine in app mode. It's in app mode but the app doesn't see it. Plug, unplug search again. Repeat. It takes 10-15 minutes to be able to use this bloody app everytime you need it. It's totally useless. Worst app I have ever got in my life. Ariston you suck big time with this app. It deserves 0 star but I can't do it
Please fix the login page to wotk with Google autofill. I really don't want to logon with user and password each time I need to use the AC unit. Another thing, the main interface, please add + and - buttons for temperature set, with swipe you go too much or too low and it is not intuitive at all. Grazie!
