I'm only giving this app two stars, as whilst it worked well for years, it's now just stopped working properly, with messages not coming through. And when I tried to deactivate it, it says sim card not installed on the phone, even though it is. As with other users, attempts to contact support go unanswered. Very, very disappointed and annoyed, given the experience at the start was good.
This app has deteriorated over the last year and is causing significant problems on my Android device. Voicemail is just not working (a diverted call just goes to a mechanical voice talking about an "echo chamber" with no ability to leave a message). I've reached out to customer support several times with no answer. The app is not allowing me to deactivate Instavoice either.
Won't install on my new phone, and I can't even deactivate it on my old phone because in both instances it says 'sim card not detected'. Have no idea how I am now meant to access voicemails from my new phone. Had used this app for years without issue, but it seems to have been completely abandoned. Automated support ticket messages come through when contacting the developer, but that's all. Absolutely furious!
