It was 5 stars, but it's just gone and updated itself and I can't get back to the old version that I very much preferred. I'm really disappointed. I was doing brilliantly and really enjoying learning Morse. I liked the version with the smaller keyboard and the stats shown as coloured bars so I could easily see my progress. The version I had was newer but it let me go back to the "older version", but this latest version doesn't offer that option anymore. Please, please reinstate that option!
Decent app. Needs some improvements. When introducing a new character, needs to work on that character a few times to know what is actually is. Also some timing issues such as if you select wrong the buzzer can drown out the next one. And they only play once before the hint. Needs to repeat after a pause. Also changing the volume should not make the buzzer sound. That's plain annoying. Still good for learning.
I love this app, the only thing that I wish was different was the scoring. As you learn more letters your score naturally goes down at first, I wish the scores were from your last 10 sessions or broken up by lesson. I've been looking at the numbers I get correct in at minute session to see if I'm improving. Other than that, this is the best CW app on the Play Store and I've tried them all.
