If you have a poor internet connection during a webinar, a warning will pop up telling you, the obvious, your connection is poor and suggests checking on it. What's annoying is that during this pop-up message, the view of the webinar is completely obscured. The warning continues to pop up so frequently that your ability to at least read the slides and get something out of the webinar is greatly impaired. It's redundant and makes your experience worse. I give four stars generously.
Completely unresponsive. Opened chat and couldn't close it. Had to exit app but audio continued until I force stopped the app. Reopened to try then try to make the presentation full screen like you used to be able to do, only for it to become unresponsive on the More button. It then just stopped the audio and I couldn't close the more screen without again force stopping. The fact that I can't SEE the presentation makes this extremely useless.
A few hours ago I didn't have this app on my phone... All I had was a scheduled appointment with my Dr. Within just a few min I was setup & speaking with my her. The app is user-friendly and intuitive. The video/audio quality was exceptional. Currently admitted to the hospital, I was impressed the public network handled it w/o any probs. This app was clearly designed with the user in mind. Has some bugs but are manageable so far.
