Got supersonic Smartwatch from my insurance for free. Installed the app to my phone with no issues, but there is no way of installing it to the watch. It pairs up no issue, connected just fine. The issue is that when you try to set the time, there is no US CENTRAL time zone. Then, when you try to go in to use the fitness function, yeah, it doesn't work and drops connections. Notifications of the app on the watch are a no-go. I have a Samsung cellphone. I will be saving up to get their watch.
Thank Kris kringle that the shelter gave this to me for free because I would be p-i-s-s-e-d. It says to install the app also on the watch but there is no functionality of the phone on its own other than searching for Bluetooth. It is connected but not really... not user friendly or not functional. Super annoying bell sound turning on. Not promising. Not inspired to waste hours trying to figure it out. Connecting to a galaxy note 9
I thought this would be a better app to connect Yamay 2020 smartwatch (my first) since it didn't require a zillion unnecessary permissions/personal info for my needs. But the app shows the watch as "paired" but doesn't recognize it. And I can't even set the time on the watch! (I thought it might set automatically by synchronizing, but no.) "Watch"?! And apparently the app has some problem since bluetooth & location are on, on the Samsung Note 4, but has failed connection. Added 1* for response.
