Great fork of the old Phonograph app! Developer is generally responsive, i appreciate that they're doing this in their spare time, and being consistent about it. A while back I requested they add casting, and they did! Developer, if you're reading this:. Phonograph used to let you double-tap album art to favorite a song instead of tapping the tiny heart. Sometimes I want to favorite a song while I'm driving. Would you consider reimplementing that feature? Thanks
You know when you swipe up and see the "Up Next" list, please consider the ability to limit previously played songs to the last 5 songs or maybe disable it altogether. If the player has been playing for a while the list can get quite long before you can minimize it by scrolling down. I know you can press back to minimize or swipe down from the currently playing song at the very top but both method seems counter intuitive. Sorry if I'm nitpicking. Thank you for your fork of Phonograph.
I've found this to be a great app for music on the go. It offers me options I want for organizing my music into temporary or saved playlists, searching for tracks by name artist or album, and a shuffle mode which shows me and lets me adjust the shuffled playlist so I can still decide to add a specific song next or change the order of things. It's simple to use and learn, although I have found some parts of navigating my folders awkward.
