Camera works good. The biggest complaint I have is in the settings. There's no setting to detect human movement. Their website says it does but it's not there. So since it doesn't, it detects every leaf, wind, bugs, etc. And you can have notifications on or off, with an adjustment to sensitive only. so every 5 min I get a push notification for movement. I have the push notification turned off but still get them. I'm about to throw it in the trash.
As many people have stated, you get what you pay for. It's a good idea, but there are 2 main issues that I have. The first is that it alerts on everything! And even if I turn notifications off, it still will push alerts. The second problem is that it is open to possible hacking. I've been alerted to several IP hacking attempts. Thank goodness I have good cybersecurity. Since there is a problem with contacting customer service, I can't even contact them to advise.
This app is awful. There is no way to record to the SD card, and the scheduled recording feature won't work for me. I like the camera but what good is it if the app won't work properly. Also I can't find any info on the internet that helps me.
