Paying more than you'd pay to go to the supermarket is what you'd expect for this sort of service. What you wouldn't expect is that it would take far longer than getting in your car, driving to the supermarket, shopping, then returning. The advertised delivery time is a total fiction. My delivery took -double- the advised time as the window just kept getting increasingly delayed further - it would be terrible if you were waiting on dinner ingredients or similar. Unreliable, costly and slow.
Great delivery service but provision of groceries can be a bit hit and miss. Particularly frustrating when you've only ordered a few items, paid the delivery fee, and/or things needed are for dinner or a recipe, etc, but the essential items aren't available! Overall I use it for convenience and the delivery is incredibly fast. When it delivers it really does, pardon the pun, but when stock is unavailable it's a big miss.
I use this to buy my groceries every week, they always deliver them super fast and if they're slightly late they'll give you a voucher for a free delivery, plus they do a bunch of promotions for free delivery all the time, overall I like it more then woolies delivery through the actual woolies app because I've had seriously bad experiences with that but milk runs good
