I dont like the new update. The background photo feature (behind Profile photo) is now missing and all I see is freaking tacky orange background. I like it better with previous version where you can put whatever photo you wanted to see everytime you use the app. It doesn't look like a personal account now. Very system based and it's not cool for me. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I have been using this app for a while now and it's easy to use. However, the app is quite buggy sometimes. The cart takes so long to load and would often crash the app when scrolling down. Deleting items or selecting a new variation is very slow. There is also a lot of deceptive shops with fake reviews and sellers with random letters and numbers photo grabbing from other sellers. Which makes it a hassle trying to find legitimate products.
Been having an issue about how I can't add my debit card as payment method. I explained my issue with the chat support and how I did all the solutions they recommended but it never worked. CS told me they would look into it more and they would just email me of what might have happened. THEN I received an email which was just a repeatition of what the CS told me, when I explained it thoroughly to them, provided them screenshots and all. But they probably never looked into it. CS are useless
