VSCO has so much potential, a little buggy so it's not quite there yet - I'm an avid user with a pro subscription but they recently implemented a change that requires creating an account to view users' photos. This alienates a lot of its loyal users who are using VSCO as a portfolio and unless they do something to address this, I will be forced to move to a different sharing platform.
I used to use this app all the time, mostly for the grain feature. Now it is no better than your phone's own editing options because they put EVERYTHING behind a pay wall. They really expect us to pay for something that has been free for years? I'm not going to pay a subscription just to use grain on a photo once ever 3 months. Absolutely horrible decision. If y'all want grain, I think adobe Lightroom has a free grain filter
Used to love this app, it had potential but now its going downhill. Has a lot of bugs and lags. Used to use this platform to share my pictures and art to friends and new people but now you have to create an account to view. A lot of people don't want to sign up or have the time for it so it is super inconvenient. I'll probably have to switch platforms if this isn't removed.
