This is the worst supported apps on the phone. Clueless people trying to help giving silly info. They have no idea of the apps mechanism. The app never clears it's cache when you log out. I can be a new log in with a new number n PWD, but it displayed the earlier number n its status. They never check the apps themselves. Low grade programmers apps. I just uninstall and reinstall the apps. It hangs because after the suinky face appeared it loads a full page advert. Now facing out of word state .
If this is not your only option, then use the other telco. I still use it because I too lazy to change to other telco. 1) This app got like monthly update and after every update, you need clear the data or reset the app. If you don't clear the data, you can't reload. 2) The notification is a mess. Sometimes you receive notifications that system is under maintenance, so you can't reload. The problem is I have no clue where to find those announcements on the app. 3) Reload amount is fix.
The worst app developer award should go to this app. Every month same problem never been fix. Developer just dont care. Whats the point making an app that doesnt work? And the best need to use the app to get a sim card and to topup (no other way) No wonder less people using the provider. Because no one can get a sim card. Open the app just to see white colour and logo even 1 hour waiting. Luckily cant give 0 star..
