Not only does the app have bugs and sometimes prevents me from completing my payments, it doesn't even notify me when it needs updating. On top of all this, some payments can be left out completely. This month i received an email saying i have to pay double, so basically my last payment was not processed or something, even though i did receive a confirmation email. This is mind boggling. I just can't even!
The virtual assistant only gives general information and there's no way to reach a human operator. I just wanted to get a status update on the phone I ordered, since it's been almost 5 weeks since I placed the pre-order. It would be nice to get an estimate time of delivery. The emails said 'when stock is supplied', but no timeframe estimate. It's frustrating, considering that other shops did have that exact model on stock for at least 2 weeks. Is Vodafone the last to get phones delivered?
Takes literally forever to open! Useless 💩 Well,. sometimes it works. But Device Care informa me it does alot of CPU usage in the background! Very fishy 😡
