Good initiative but I've noticed a missing feature in the app—there's no option to change the listed weapon. This is crucial for users needing to update their registered firearms. Please consider adding a "Weapon Change" option for a smoother process..
It is a pity that in almost two months, neither the App was updated and fixed nor the DC office liscence branch is opened for the public to receive there liscences. The manual liscences were issued in two weeks and now the digital liscence can not be issued in three years. It is suggested to start issueing manual liscences once again. Cos the district administration do not have the ability even to fix an App.
There is a problem in this app. I am a federal government employ . I tried a lot to renew my arm license but in vein. Because there is no option for federal government employ in the column of Government service or employ. (There is written, kpk government officer)So I humbly request to make changes or update the said app once again. Now it accepts personal number of federal government employ. Changes are required in employment type.
