Things I don't like about Clapingo and what they need to work on: 1. Recording availability: Only 3 months of recording availability is not enough. Please provide the option to download the video, so we can have it on our device. 2. Session bookmarking or Note: There are so many sessions, and not every session is important. There should be an option to bookmark and/or write notes so the learner can mark the recorded session for future review in terms of improvement. 3. Improve Customer Support:
After 1 month and 4 days. I'm changing the stars from 5 to 1. I'm giving 5 stars to my Tutor; 0 stars for the system, which ends session abruptly in between convey coz it runs on timer; 0 stars for not getting same Tutor every time, which breaks the flow of learning; 0 stars for not being able to get notes written by Tutor; 0 stars for Clapingo coz there were more texts about renewing the subscription that my session. Clearly the Clapingo is more interested in their business than their students.
the latest update sucks! i couldn't book any tutor. whenever booking the slot, the app is asking for an update. I'm currently in the latest version. i tried loging out and even reinstalled. the funniest part is their customer care department. they repeatedly ask us to reinstall the app.
