Terrible. Can't even browse and look for something specific. If I verify that I am, in fact, a human and not a bot, I shouldn't have to verify it again every five seconds. And then eventually it'll just hang on the verification page at which point I have to close and reopen the app and start all over again...until it asks me again if I'm a human. Awful experience.
App has been crashing the past week. At first, it kept telling me I was a bot every time I MANUALLY TYPED IN MY CREDENTIALS. Now it's not even doing that. I can not access anything. The pages will not load at all. This is annoying and frustrating. The website is also down. Update: This is the absolute WORST PLATFORM to shop and has been one of the WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCES I've EVER had. Inventory count is wrong, and the site obviously added an incorrect address to my order bc it was returned!!
I'm not a not now nor when I've placed orders. Recent update is mucking things up and the security protocols on the app and web, at times, are awful. I sent an email today 3/1/24, and it was undeliverable. Again high security protocols are a problem and it needs to be addressed for customers wishing to place orders on the app. Ugh!!!!!!
