Mafia Inc. is an exciting new idle Tycoon game from developers One Soft Global PTE. LTD. It lets you play (Luciano) a temporary manager of a Mafia gang known as The Gunner Gang. You were chosen for this role by your boss after the former manager joined a rival gang called the Black Wolf Gang. 

 

After agreeing to take up this responsibility, your boss tells you that as long you are able to complete the missions he assigns to you, he will make you a formal manager in the Mafia. 

 

So after that very brief introduction, you become a temporary boss of the Gunner Gang, which temporarily puts you into control. The game has a ton of fun elements and features that we'll be talking about in our review, and we believe this is one of those idle Tycoon games that many players will find very captivating. Gameplay is straightforward

Not many tycoon games can pull this off as they often become tiring and uninteresting at an early point. But that's not the case with this game. The gameplay involves a variety of actives such as taking over businesses and engaging in one-on-one gun fights against other enemies from several gangs. 

 

Also, the game doesn't waste a lot of time to put players through the tutorial, which is great because it was interesting enough from the start that you'd just want to start taking over businesses immediately and generating tons of revenue for your gang. 

 

 

Offers a Mafia-like experience

The game offers a bit of a Mafia-like experience to players all through the game. Taking over and running businesses afterward is a classic Mafia and gang activity that the game almost perfectly. Players can take over certain high-value businesses such as Casinos, Brothels, and Bars, which in turn generate a substantial amount of cash for your gang. 

 

Then there are Capos – these are gang leaders under your control. You can assign them to businesses so they can automatically collect the generated revenues. You also get to use Capos to fight members of the other gangs, which is an essential activity in this game. 

 

The game was designed to be simple

Even for players unfamiliar with idle Tycoon games, this game is made to be simple and requires no special knowledge of the genre to enjoy it. The simplicity can be noticed right off at the beginning of the game as it wastes no time to let you start conquering enemies and taking over businesses. 

 

What is required in this game is patience and very little of it. Being offline, the game is made so that even if you aren't actually in the app, rewards will be generated, and if you enter the game once again, you can claim these rewards, making a large percentage of the game automatic. 

 

The developers also made it easy to acquire in-game currencies such as Diamonds, Cash, and Energy incomes. Cash can be gotten just by collecting the money from businesses you've taken over. Diamonds are rewarded to you for completing missions, while Energy incomes are gotten from completing missions and competing in Fight Mode. 

 

 

Graphics and Controls

The graphics look stunning for an idle Tycoon game. Each street showcases colorful and beautiful locations with their respective businesses. Every new street has a different look and will most likely include a new business. Aside from assigning Capos to businesses, they can be seen in action during Fight Mode. Capos engage in a face-to-face gunfight against enemies from other gangs to either take over a business or earn energy incomes from Fight Mode. The fight mode graphics are well made as it shows the bullets hitting both sides and displays their weapons. 

 

The game controls are kept minimal, requiring you to do less. We believe that being the developers' idea as a boss doesn't require you to do much apart from overseeing the day-to-day progress of the businesses you have taken over. Controls simply involve:

• Taping on revenue to collect them.
• Upgrading Capos or Businesses.
• Assigning Capos to battle enemies in fight mode. 

 

 

Music and Soundtrack

For an idle tycoon game, both the music and soundtrack are average. The game's menu music is cool and fits the game's concept more than that of most idle Tycoon games. The soundtrack in Fight Mode offers a war-like experience as you can hear the gunshot sounds from your Capos and enemies as they fire at each other until the last man is standing. 

 

Easy to complete missions

Another reason to believe the game was designed to be simple is the missions. Even after playing the game for days, reaching a high, and having unlocked more than half of the Capos, the game's missions are still pretty straightforward to pull off with the right businesses generating revenue and the right Capos watching over them. 

 

Missions are what maintain your purpose as a temporary manager. Without completing them, the game will seem meaningless and boring. Completing the missions pushes you closer to your goal of impressing your boss and becoming a formal manager of the Mafia.

There's really nothing negative we can write about this game as it satisfies and presents all the necessary features that we hoped it would. The game is captivating and, at some point, additive as you would want to keep on taking over businesses and collecting revenues on end. 

 

That is one of the most exciting things you can do because there is no end to how much revenue you can collect from businesses. The more you upgrade a business, the higher the revenue that is being generated. Using Capos in Fight Mode is also another exciting Mafia-like experience that many players will appreciate.
