Horrible app that doesn't function well and the chat feature is worthless. Says online check-in is complete for both of us but boarding pass available for only one. Tried to queue for customer service and got booted. You go round in circles trying to find what you're looking for. Hate it so not sure where they're rated over 4 stars.
The app is not fit for purpose. It is very buggy and I kept having to go back and redo my filters. It was jumping all over the place. There is not enough access to information such as reviews if you use the search function. The Jet2 app at least gives you certain info. The deals I found somehow disappeared. I was continually having to start over. And it was hard to find prices for different dates.It left me tearing my hair out with frustration. I just don't understand why it's so badly designed.
I can't get this app to open, in spite of downloading it three times. Each time I cleared the cache and data, deleted the app and restarted my phone before reinstalling. When I click on the app it appears to open, with a screen saying TUI Live Happy, then just closes and disappears. This is worrying as we're being urged to download the app before our holiday in order to stay in touch and receive important messages!!!
