Gave a review not too long ago about the app not working properly, and some changes have been made. I still have problems at times, especially when I go to check my balances on weekends, the system will show $0 in both my checking and savings accounts (which is false). I'm happy with the customer service I have received in the past and I hope they continue to fix the bugs involved with the android app. It's a good app but I intend on giving a better rating once I don't experience the problems.
Would be nice if you could 'switch off' the card like others have,, also,, some cards have the option of setting spending parameters. This option would also be useful. Updates as these would be valuable. New account members are subject to 9 day hold on deposited checks, so be forewarned. Would be nice to have the card be able to be switched off and also be able to set spending parameters.
The app could use with another update in my personal opinion. Ive been unable to add my discover credit card to the app for a month or so now. Contacted summit support and was told they would figure it out and get back to me, but never heard anything back. I'd like to just be able to see all my accounts in one place again.
