The App is a UI conundrum. Car booking list sorted in the opposite order -- gotta scroll to get to the nearest booking. Pop-ups every blocking the content. Website is pretty much the same. To many pop-ups (even for the "diamond member"), every other link open in a new window effectively preventing from using normal navigation. BTW, diamond membership did not get the discounts originally advertised. But most features work expected -- I was able to book cars.
DO NOT USE THIS APP OR VENDOR!!! - The business practices are very unaccommodating. I had a reservation and tried to adjust the pickup time since the flight was delayed. I was told that they could not guarantee I wouldd be able to pickup the car after 5 PM. I again attempted to inform them that I needed the car as I had no place to stay. They made no effort to help me. Then reading BBB reviews I very nervous using them. Canceled inside the 7 day policy and lost $150. Went with Big 5 Co.
Don't use this app. I was charged twice for renting a car. One from the car rental company, the other from this application. Neither companies are willing to return the money back from tge extra charge!!
