The app is completely unresponsive half the time and slow the rest. It's the slowest buggiest mess and legitimately the worst app I have ever used. Edit: turns out the keyboard CAN work. There are some really weird system interactions that render it unusable, so if that happens... Good luck. It's required for far too much on the ship. It should be available, but not required. Annoying. Drains battery too.
If any app is using the accessibility features of Android, then this app defaults to blind mode and is practically unusable. Antivirus programs also use the accessibility feature - which means I cannot turn it off - Especially when on an unprotected Wi-Fi network as on princess ships. Update: latest update seems to have fixed the error listed above. Upgraded to 3
App worked prior to Nov 8 update. 10 days later An error message is still showing "We are sorry. Our servers are having a problem. Please try again later." On our last cruise the app was very slow while on the ship. Sometimes text messages didn't show up for hours after someone in our party sent them. Hard to stay in touch with your family and group with that glitch.
