While registering, it asks to enter date of birth, and gives no option to type it manually, can only be done via the date selection menu, but it allows scrollback only 1 month at a time ! No option to access the year and scroll back year-wise. So if someone is 45+ years old, they have to click the back month button more than 540 times ! Ridiculous. This app meant for babies, of course I dumped this app ...
Every time I make a transaction, it shows a Reward pop up. If I open it, no rewards. Then why show pop up for reward, if there is no reward. Also, in rewards section there are unopened envelope, which are just empty and annoying. Also it sends email for every transaction flooding email and no option to disable it.
Worst app I have ever seen, login problem, customer care not friendly, they do not reply your mail, how can you solve problem. Several time registration resume, customer care exactly don't know why it happens. Don't use this app, one star is maximum for this app, recently again I use this app and to be rate 2 star. It is not so user friendly. Payment system is only pockets wallet, rather than any method. After change my devive its not work, cant registration again. All it shows #119.
