This app aborts its decryption process as soon as the screen turns off. Any file currently being decrypted while this happens seems to break and ist lost forever. Tried move all my files from PhotoGuard to my normal gallery. Process took a while, screen turned off eventually. When I noticed that and turned it back on, only 40 of 500 files had been decrypted. One of the decrypted files was corrupted and unreadable/unplayable. I went to look for it in my PhotoGuard Gallery, but it was already gone! Now it seems like it's lost forever. I contacted support already
Pretty good but falls short. 1) No swipe to select photos. Each one has to be selected individually. 2) No option to remove from phone gallery when imported 3) No preset sizes when resizing using pencil icon, a lot of faff trying to get it right 4) Last viewed photo shows for half a second before entering password, not very private!
I was forced to change phones, and unless you're paying for premium, you lose ALL your pictures... I almost cried. I thought my pictures were supposed to be safe... 🤬🤬 I'm soo upset, so if they can't recover my old account, I'm just gonna delete this app...
