It'd be nice if the app sent you a notification when the driver arrives and you could possibly put a comment that you're on the way to the taxi. I've had 2 taxi's just drive away because I didn't appear at their car the moment they arrive, I live on an estate where the road isn't close but they sometimes park up on a different road so I can't wait at either one just incase.
Good when it has availabilities Unlike other local taxi apps, where they don't let you book one when they're too busy, this app will let you book a taxi when there actually is none available, then a couple minutes later sends you a text to say its been cancelled.
Worst app ever!! Wish I could leave zero stars. What's the point in confirming bookings to just cancel them 2 mins later. 3 times this has happened. An absolute joke 🤬
