Totally awesome app! Absolutely the best I have found. Amazing 3D animations showing each muscle as well as the proper execution of each exercise. It's also very easy to create, modify and track your customized workouts. Good work! The only problem I've had is with the settings feature. When I change the default to 10 reps and 2 sets, it stays at 8 reps and 3 sets. Also, it would be useful to add right/left/both as one of the options for changing. I would prefer the default to be both. Thanks 😀
I got this app a few months ago, and it worked fine for a while. while it worked it was an amazing app, with a great ability to help me in the gym. but recently when I would open up the app apapa with come up saying that I needed to download an extension pack. when I would click okay to download the pack another pop-up would come up saying the extension couldn't be downloaded. then the app would close and would not let me back into it. so this has suddenly turned into a waste of money.
So far, so good. It would be nice if there were a few present workouts that could be tailored for the equipment you select. Like, if you wanted a preset dumbbell exercise the same way the have the others. This app is very helpful especially if you know exactly what exercises to do but if you don't, it can get a little overwhelming choosing the right ones for your workout .
