It's so easy to use, the staff are so nice they have no problems with texting about anything which is awesome especially for someone like myself who has issues with talking on phone. My experience with groups is outstanding! The staff members are great, they are all very knowledgeable in the field of recovery. And they are all very eager to help you with whatever problem you may be having. Everyone is friendly kind and courteous and patient privacy and confidential matters are at the top of the list with them. Now the app, while it is good is just a little contrary sometimes but it's manageable.
I think this is a great virtual program. Most of the staff during intake a nice and helpful. My counselor and office manager are great and help when they can. The app itself is easy to use and connects w zoom. Whenever there is an issue the staff will try to help which is nice. They do take medicaid and other insurance plans.
