I gave 2 stars because of lack of consistency. It use to Be one of the best app for editing audio record i used for a couple of times but right now it doesnt even open. I tried updating it but no update available. Open it and it wont open. Not showing. I even uninstall it and install it again still thesame issue. I would love for it to be looked upon.
This the best editor, and one that many haven't heard of. I have used the desktop for many years for quick edits. I prefer it over the compensations. Goldwave has always been golden, it feels better to use, much better than audacity in my humble opinion. Do a search and see for yourself what people have been saving for. Very few apps have made it this far. Android isn't the best platform, but that's we've got for now. Many apps are having troubles porting over.
Love the desktop app, have used it for many years as my go-to audio editor. This one is great, too, except for the weird file saving design, which involves some dual mechanism of saving to Goldwave's home folder, and/or exporting outside that location. This is a clever yet terrible (i.e. cumbersome and unintuitive) way of storing audio.
