The app doesn't seem to play well with the associated Fire TV app. It frequently forgets my sign-in credentials, and often won't synch with the FireTV option to open the app for log-on. The Fire TV app is worse, as it thinks each log-on on the same device is a different device and requires log out of all ("too many") devices after only a few viewing sessions on the same device. Streaming content gets choppy after running for several minutes, to the point that I give up trying to watch.
I have never had so much trouble with an app! The phone version doesn't open the home page. The show page will only display blue squares, in which shows should be listed....and that's on a good day! The Roku app won't load and says it's "unavailable, retry." That yields the same result every time. Can't sign in. The help page and chat with a person was of no assistance. It's an updated version, and the customer service person said he was sorry, no solution. Tried Uninstall, no change.
This app is terrible. It makes me log in every time I open it and it always tries to start a download and won't stop until I force stop the app. Sometimes PiP works, sometimes it doesn't. It's slow. It crashes. Instead of clicking a show and seeing the episodes, it usually just starts the show. I unsubscribed. I'll come back when you get a decent app.
