Not a fan of the new changes. I was able to create some listings the other day, but now when I choose start from scratch I cannot make a listing. It shows me categories I've previously used but if I want somethong other than that, women's shorts for example, it says it can't find that category. Pretty irritating since I prefer making new listings from my phone. This is a big reason why I barely add new listings to Etsy these days. Never worth the hassle.
Why were we forced to integrate on a new app which is inferior to the old app? A few tasks say to "use your computer" to edit (I use my phone for Etsy, I don't have a computer at the moment) ...I frequently renew my listings, yet the renew option is unavailable (only available for expired or sold listings). There are other inconveniences I don't want to waste energy to write. The layout looks nice but, too many nonfunctional parts. Please at least give us the option of using the old app.
I'm very disappointed. I'm having major issues with creating new listings from my Android phone. I get halfway through, and it freezes. When I have to go to a different screen it goes black and I lose everything I have and have to start over. There is no other way to create a listing except to get on my laptop. I used to be able to list very easily from my phone. Take pictures, upload, create descriptions, tags etc... now it doesn't work at all. It needs to be fixed immediately!
