Dear friends this is very good app to take your photos for dv lottery entry. I should say to you I test this app with the original in US government website. There is maybe 1% difference between them. This app takes photos with a simple process you should take all the head in the oval-shape.all of head means from the bottom of chain to top of the head including hair... But again I emphasize test the results in dv lottery website app maybe there is some correction to get exact composition or template... Abit of False advertising, the interface is not as in the pictures and its not as good as you would think it is. It does work though.
Cannot use it to take photos. The head would not center...the photos processed through the app would not be accepted by the DV site saying that the photo is overcompressed.Hence the 1 star...
