I like this app, especially the map. Found our property through it. But two things can make the search frustrating. The first thing is that you can't specifically filter for larger properties. This is annoying as we're now looking for at least 100 acres and are getting all those little 1 acre properties. The second thing is quite new. I've used this app for at least 2.5 years but now it can't connect to the network very often although I've got full service / WIFI and no problems with other apps.
Filters is the biggest drawback. When filtering "buy" properties, it shows rentals as well. When filtering "house", it shows unbuilt house packages (which is a separate category). When filtering "price", it shows properties up to 3 times more than the filter. Good app if you just want to browse but if you want to find specific properties to meet your preferences, not so good. More onus on the sellers to use correct metadata instead of being able to falsely advertise.
Updated review 24/4/23: app is much improved since the issues I mentioned below have now been fixed. Please add a function which allows you to remove a specific listing from showing on your saved searches, so you stop seeing it again and again. Like a "swipe left" on dating apps. Old review: used to love the UI in this app, but you've just changed something and the home screen has changed, plus my saved searches have completely disappeared! I can't find them anywhere. SO annoying.
