Very user- unfriendly app. The task was simple - take a coupon, go to app, enter the code and see whether you win. Every time I get the message that app should be updated. I am curious what should I update if I have just installed it on my phone... Definitely will not use it anymore. Payback app works much better and doesn't piss you off.
On 7th December. I contact their support, no response for over a week now. App is stealing money, in two ways. 1. If you use coupon to get extra points, you get only base points. It took me a while, but I have proof now. 2. Very hard to figure out, since its small money. But I am certain system is skipping some payment points. It steals small money, and general update takes hours/days, it is very hard to pin point. I will figure a way to monitor point 2, and come up with proof.
Unfortunately, the app won't adapt to a 21:9 screen aspect ratio used by Sony phones, leaving a cm wide black space at the bottom of the screen.
