This is a great way to talk to the LOONA members for free. I don't mind having to manually translate what the members are saying, but there is one problem with this app. Because it takes some time for the reply to send whenever I'm messaging a member, I accidentally double tap the send button, so the message goes through twice and I've lost two coins. It wouldn't be that big of a deal but since there aren't many ways to get coins, I get quite annoyed.
If you have money, this probably is an amazing app overall. However, even for someone who gets pay biweekly, I don't see the reason to have to buy so many points over and over. I would prefer the subscription style, this pay as you go is way more expensive. There also needs to be a live translation. Those two are really the only problems I have. But the first one is a really huge issue, which is why I'm not even giving 3 or 4 stars.
i love the new update where you can send separate letters to artists. the only problem i want to get fixed is when sending a reply/letter, you need points for that of course. but sometimes there is some kind of lag, it doesn't send immediately so i have to double tap. but if i double tap, there will be 2 replies/letters that are sent and i'll already lose 2 or 10 points. i hope that even if we tapped for many times, only 1 reply/letter will be sent. please fix it if you can.
