I hope they expand to other cities and keep doing what they are doing now.

I have had a very bad experience. No communication, no responsibility, only if you are lucky or near the captain's location you might get the service. I even called the help center the response i got from the team was soo cold, looked as if they are used to it and just didn't care about it.
