Used to work roughly OK, about 80% of the time. Used it to auto save so I didn't miss stories from some specific people by not having much free time. Then it started just not auto saving when it should have occasionally. Now it never does an din a recent update it added a second separate icon so I have two apps somehow one opens and the other says I need to update in the appstore. All very weird. Oh and they off to trade a 5 star review for a month free premium. Kinds sketch imo
It used to work perfectly, but now it won't even let me log on. I log in in with my IG details and then I get a blank white screen, which then just kicks me out the app. When I open the app again, it asks me to log in again and the same happens. If there is a bug it needs to be fixed. I have a premium subscription that I am unable to use.
The app doesn't work right a lot of the time and emails to support are ignored. The contact function in the app allows you to type your message but then the 'submit' button vanishes once you've begun typing. I've even got a paid subscription and can't get support.
