Do I appreciate the low fees? Yes. Transferring tickets to my friends was easy. But the app completely failed me when it was time to enter the event. The app doesn't have the ability to save the ticket to your phones wallet feature. It claims it doesn't need wifi service to access the ticket. But the app CRASHED REPEATEDLY when I needed to access my ticket. I couldn't get it open. I couldn't access my ticket. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
This app is full of frustrating bugs and bad UI experience. Not sure what the sevice fee is for. The other day my kids' highschool sold tickets to a school play, with reserved seats and all. The website they used was efficiant, simple, clear and had no fees.... So there is a way to do it differently. Unfortunately we have no choice but to use AXS due to the nature of the music buisness
The bots sell out tickets within seconds to minutes for shows. (i.e. illenium denver this time) Also of mention the extremely high service fees... and then if you want to or need to sell/buy tickets after it's sold out! there are, of course, even HIGHER service fees for the resell tickets. I get axs needs to make a profit, but this is just a monopoly at this point since there is no other way to get tickets other than axs for venues... price gouging at its finest.
