Lot of bugs .....initially i was not able to add money to wallet.....literally my money was in air for 1 week. Amount deducted from bank but not credited to the wallet.after a few calls with the customer care, amount (5000 SAR) Shown up in the wallet. Further more, i was not able to transfer the amount internationally and it was showing error all the time. Again i tried to contact the customer care but i couldnt reach them ( eventhough i tried several times).why its so? Pls see the attachment.
I am not able to open it, it keeps sending me to Nifad app, even after validating through Nifad, it keeps sending me back to it. I tried emailing the customer care but it seems the email address doesn't work, my email was sent back undelivered. Please fix this issue.
Worst service, added money to wallet not credited yet. Contacted Customer service they say amount will be credited in 24 hours, as they're facing General Issue. It's been 2 days and still issue has not been solved. Terrible customer service same repeated jargon and moreover requested to transfer the call to manager they say managers are busy we will return the call. There should be higher level of escalation support in customer service to resolve this kind of issues after reading the reviews.
