I am heartbroken 💔 I have just been deactivated for delivery orders late. I just gave a review on the app stating that they need to give more time to pick up and deliver. I have a 100 on completion 100 on reliability and they gave me a late rating for being 2 minutes late. I don't understand this at all. I really enjoyed working for this company. I have been a top deliver for doordash for years and they give you an awesome experience work for them. They need to reverse the deactivate. 😭
I started doing shipt after losing my job. It was great. After I unknowingly had an issue with the app during a delivery, it didn't complete the delivery like I thought it did but the order went away on my app like it does after completing, a few hours of not seeing my pay for the order I called support, got very little help from them other than logout and back in, that's when it showed back up to be completed. That made my order 3 hours late. I was deactivated for something out of my control.
I just signed up for this app. I was super excited to finally get approval for one of these delivering apps. My background check was stuck on doordash. I was pumped to get through and make extra money. My excitement quickly went to disappointment when I saw the little pay. I can't drive 20+ miles for $7.00. That doesn't even cover my gas. Let alone my time.. It would be understandable if it was 1 item, but it's like 13+ items. Not even worth it. Very disappointed. Great concept, horrible pay.
