本作は、謎の敵「災獣(リセッター)」による200年にも及ぶ侵略によって終末を迎える世界を舞台にした美少女×ミリタリーシミュレーションRPGです。プレイヤーは人類最後の砦「要塞都市City(シティ)」を実行支配する「灰燼教会」から委任された「代理人(エージェント)」として、各「学連」が保有する実在の戦車や戦闘機など擬人化した人造生命体「DOLLS」を率いて人類長年の怨敵である災獣(リセッター)との戦いを繰り広げることになります。
