PUBG: New State, developed and published by PUBG Studios and Krafton, is a futuristic-style multiplayer online video game. It was released recently, and before the actual release, developers conducted a two-phase test, namely the alpha tests and technical tests, which were a success. 

 

This online battle royale multiplayer game is a sequel to PUBG Mobile and can be mentioned as a second installment to this very popular PUBG universe. The original PUBG Mobile was developed by Tencent. Even though two different companies developed the two games, this PUBG: New State includes all the features of PUBG Mobile but with added up spices as more twists and upgrades are available in the sequel. 

 

The new twists begin with the new maps. PUBG: New State has two modes: the classic Battle Royale and Team Deathmatch map with a training ground for practicing purposes. Set in the era of 2051 in Erangel, the game features the first-ever map provided by PUBG. Moreover, most of the happenings occur on the map named Troi in the PUBG: New State. About the Troi map

Similar to the Erangel, this Troi map includes 22 locations for the landing purpose for the players. 8×8 km in dimensions, the Troi map is the main island subdivided into 3 parts- one big island and the other two small islands connected with bridges. In 22 locations, the 5 spots are mains that stand out, and majorly loots of the Troi map are available here. 

 

Talking more about the camping and hot drop locations in the Troi maps, there are quite similarities in the locations of Troi with that of Erangel map. But it comes with some uniqueness and advantages.

City Hall

The lab mainly features a large construction with huge buildings, many floors, automated doors, different rooms, and long corridors.

 

The interesting part is the lab as its entry point. It has just a single or one way to enter and is also proved by an intruder alarm. The intruder alarm works on the entrance and sets off when any player tries to enter. This does not allow players to enter or say it favors the entry, but one can trick it using the vehicle spawned in the parking area. Furthermore, unlike the trailer park or exhibit hall, the vehicle spawning is considered random, but players can easily find electric vehicles.

 

 

Best Hot Drop locations on the Troi Map

The other aspect is the best hot drop locations. The hot dropping locations are those locations where one jumps into action immediately after landing on the map. This is the type of gameplay that is filled with intense action from the beginning. In these locations, the majority of the players land, and early fights are very intense. 

 

Players have to make sure that they can use any gun thrown at them to survive. The flight path is one of the major things that affect the hot drop locations. Players get a choice to choose the location based on the flight path. Below are some of the hot drop locations from the Troi map in PUBG: New State that you must know about. 

 

Mall

 

The Mall was the most preferred location for a majority of players when the Alpha test was conducted. The Troi map has this mall structure, huge space, and mainly consists of two buildings, one of which is the actual Mall and the other is a building. The Mall also features an accessible rooftop. The weapons spawn on top of the rooftop so players can get a weapon and begin the fight almost after jumping.

 

Now here in the Mall, looting in it seems to be good. Players can find almost any type of gun and use it. The Mall serves two things inside the Mall as there are several shops where players can find some loot or hide out until the time their enemies leave if they cannot secure loot.

 

The plot of the Mall also has escalators to offer, which play a huge role during fights for the players. These escalators are functional, and if the players use the wrong escalator to move up or down, it will reduce their movement speed significantly, affecting your gameplay. So, players, you need to pay attention to this. Hence, the Mall is one of the best hot drop locations, mainly preferred by players.

 

Talking about the location of the Mall, it is situated almost in the center of the map. The location also has an advantage that makes it easier to reach regardless of the flight path. Moreover, the players can easily travel to different spots after surviving the early game due to this center point location. The vehicles spawning around the Mall appear to be quite decent. Players can easily find if they decide to escape away or leave after clearing the area. 

 

 

Exhibit Hall

 

Exhibit Hall is the second location on the list, similar to the structure of the Mall. Located a few hundred meters from the Mall, the exhibit hall is surrounded by two towns and a small hill. The view from the top looks like a bullseye. The exhibit hall has an open roof. So, players can just jump in. Here also, the Exhibit Hall has escalators as were in the case of the Mall. It also consists of small exhibit rooms where players can loot or hide, just like the Mall.

 

The thing that distinguishes the Exhibit Hall from the Mall is the two vehicles that are spawned inside. On the one hand, the Nova is a very fast electric car with two seats, whereas, on the other, there is the Lightning, an electric bike. This could prove an advantage for the players, but one must be careful because it can be difficult to navigate the vehicle out of the building.

 

Also, because the Exhibit Hall is the center of the map, it is slightly situated at the map's upper right. Hence this could be difficult for the player to reach if the flight route is not favorable. Well, no worries, the action here is almost similar to the Mall.

 

 

Trailer Park

 

The third on our list is the Trailer park, the home to the biker gang from the Troi; this place is filled with trailers. Here the players can find loots on the top as well as the inside of the park. Players can land and get straight into the action and eventually use the trailer as cover and take down their opponents. 

 

Similar to the Exhibit Hall, the Trailer park also spawn a vehicle. This offers a vulture which is a gasoline bike and is the fastest bike in the game. Though the acceleration of the vulture is a bit slow, once the bike picks up, players can cruise through the Troi.

 

 

Moreover, there are also ramps present in the Trailer Park. Players can use this as escape plans in style if things go out of control. This is the third location on our list because of its positioning on the map. The trailer is located almost in the upper region of the map. If the flight route is not favorable, it can be challenging to reach.
