King of Crabs Guide to Characters in the Game

Robot Squid's King of Crabs is a multiplayer action game initially released for Android and iOS in March 2019. King of Crabs offers an intense multiplayer fighting experience in which a player can fight with up to 100 other online players in each game. The game's simple controls allow you to lay it on PC too. King of Crabs is all about exploration and conquering the huge island. Fight other crabs using the weapons you discover to climb to the top of the leader board. Gameplay

---

The game is straightforward. Keep moving around, destroy crabs, eat their flesh, grow large, to become the King of Crabs. You will find weapons and armor along the way to assist you in your journey for the crab throne. The game is not over yet. Once you become the king, you will face more enemies. As a king, you will be visible on the map as "Crown Icon," using which any player can challenge you for the "King of Crabs" title. 

  

But defeating other players won't be easy, not with the basic crabs. To upgrade and gain rewards, you have to complete tasks, earn coins and pearls and receive various rewards from the Crab grab machine. You can also use the pearls to get Royal crab grab for more rewards. Various Quests and rankings also reward Royal Crab grab. 

 

Talking about crabs and powerups, find letters for Megabig. This will allow you to surpass regular crab skin and enter the world of kaiju, even if just for a brief time. Megabig is powerful and is feared by all.

 

The final thing worth noting about the game is the Revenge system. How about you get a chance to defeat the crab that killed you recently. The game allows you to do so by marking that crab as skull and crossbones on your map.

 

 

Controls

The controls are really easy to understand. A joystick that will appear left hand side. Boost and Crab's Special option is available on the right-hand side.

 

• Joystick – swipe it in any direction to move your crab
• RHS Boost – you can use Boost to move faster
• Another way to move Horizontally or Vertically is by tapping on the screen.
• Maps – you can use maps to find the location of the enemy and treasures. You can zoom in on the map by tapping.

 

Tap on your crab to upgrade its Health, Attack, and Speed using points in the main menu. You can also see the Special move of your crab in the same option. Other options such as Pets, Skins, Headwear, and Advanced power gain can be found in the same menu.

 

 

Rewards and Quests

King of Crabs is very rewarding. You can get free rewards each time by watching Ads. Other rewards can be collected from the shop for free after a fixed time interval. We have mentioned some of them:

 

• By watching advertisements in the shop, you can earn 100 gold up to 50 times every 12 hours. This amounts to 5,000 gold or ten crab grabs.
• You can also get up to 10 pearls every 12 hours, one pearl per Ad in the shop.
• Furthermore, you can receive two of each buff at random, such as fast growth, double coins, double XP, and mega magnet. Every 12 hours, you can collect them again.
• Every 3 hours, you can get three free mini crabs from the top left corner of the main menu. It gives you three items from the crab grab each time, for a total of nine items.
• By watching advertisements, you can obtain up to 5 new quests. After completing the quests, you can watch the Ad to get a new one.

 

Crabs

King of Crabs features 21 Crabs ranging from Common to Legendary. In this section, we have ranked the crabs according to their levels and mentioned their Special Move. You begin with common Brown Crab. The following list is in increasing order of level, starting from Common to Rare and finally ending at Legendary.

 

Common

 

• Brown Crab – this crab's special move is unlimited Boost for a short duration.
• Rainbow Crab – this crab's special move is to discharge sticky goo to stop enemies in their tracks.
• Blue Crab – this crab's special move immobilizes enemies by freezing air within a short range.
• Mitten Crab – with its special move, it can use speed up attacks and give a 100% critical hit chance.

 

Rare

 

• Spanner Crab – a special defensive move – burrows into the ground reappearing in a random location.
• Stone crab - this crab's special move is to form a shield that absorbs huge damage.
• Elbow Crab – using the special move, the Elbow crab can spin at a very high speed to cause damage to everything around. 
• Candy Crab - this crab's special move is to shoot candies at enemies. It will shrink them, thus reducing their power.

 

 

Super Rare

  

• Hermit Crab – The Hermit Crab's special retreats into its impregnable shell to regain health.
• Giant Mud Crab – this crab's special slams the ground leaving nearby enemies stunned. This can be used defensively and offensively.
• Snow Crab – The special of the snow crab generates an infectious venom that causes mortal strike. This poisons the enemy's attacks, damaging over time and halting their attack speed.
• Yeti Crab - this crab's special move is to pound enemies into the ground causing massive damage. This is a damaging effect with a wide area of effect.
• Ghost Crab - this crab's special move is to turn invisible. This move can be used for both offense and defense.

 

 

Mega Rare

 

• Atlantic Lobster – The Atlantic lobster's special causes users to become instantaneously huge and strong for a short period. This special boosts your stats by increasing your size.
• Tasmanian Giant Crab – The Tasmanian giant crab sets the nearby region on fire, causing all to combust. This applies physical damage to all crabs inside this area when activated, dealing fire damage.
• Coconut Crab – The coconut crab's special lay bombs detonate upon contact or if the spark plug expires. The coconut crab lays bombs behind them for the duration of this special. These bombs inflict damage and dislodge enemies.
• Mantis Shrimp – The mantis shrimp's special attack is a massive smash that deals immense damage and stuns.
• Vampire Crab – Special ability is to drain the life of nearby enemies and, in the process, heal itself.

 

 

Legendary

 

• Alien Crab- this crab's special move is to spawn baby aliens that devour anything in their way.
• Robot Crab- this crab's special move rains down missiles on your enemies.
• Demon Crab- this crab's special move creates a black hole that sucks in all nearby you. This includes meat, enemies, coins, random food spawns, etc.

Weapons and shields have the potential to affect a fight significantly. Now, without a weapon, your odds of winning a battle with even-sized crabs, let alone relatively small ones, are slim, especially if they're wearing a hat that boosts the damage of those weapons.
