Halloween Returns Celebration Event - How to Obtain All Rewards

With the release of the special halloween returns celebration campaign, several interesting campaigns and interesting mechanics players should be aware of.

Story Stages

During the event’s duration, players will be able to partake in the event and play story stages to advance in the story stages in order to complete the event missions and advance in the event in order to obtain special rewards including saint quartz to be used for pulling servants in the rate up banners and to obtain the free 4* Servants - Elizabeth Bathory (Caster), Elizabeth Bathory (Brave) and Mecha Eli Chan/ Mecha Eli Chan Mk.II.

During the event’s period, event stages will unlock eventually with the entire event story being unlocked on the 2nd week of the event. Once the story is completed, players will be able to obtain 1 Holy Grail and the permanent implementation of the 4* Servants - Elizabeth Bathory (Caster), Elizabeth Bathory (Brave) and Mecha Eli Chan/ Mecha Eli Chan Mk.II into their roster as a usable servant moving forward.

Farming Stages

In addition to the story stages which will be unlock gradually during the event’s duration, special farming stages will also be available for players to farm specific event currencies during the event’s run time, these stages will feature special enemies that can appear more frequently depending on if players have equipped the event Craft Essence which boost the appearance rate of event specific monsters.

In addition, brand new farming stages will be unlocked gradually as the players clear the story stages and advance further in the event. The new farming stages will have enhanced difficulty and different types of enemies available. The higher the difficulty of the stage is, the more rewards the stage will drop with the 90++ node giving all 3 event currencies in large quantities if players are able to clear the stage.

Elizabeth Bathory (Caster)

Elizabeth Bathory (Caster) is the first welfare servant player can get from the Halloween Returns Celebration campaign. She is a 4* Caster servant that specializes in dealing damage to all enemies and inflicting various debuffs and DoTs on them, reducing their defensive abilities.

Elizabeth Bathory (Caster) is a decently powerful servant that specializes in buffing herself with large amounts of buffs in order to grant herself various beneficial effects in order to boost her offensive and defensive capabilities and allow her to boost her own damage output while also debuffs the enemies to hinder their power.

Elizabeth Bathory (Caster)’s main utility lies in her ability to use her Noble Phantasm and skills to debuff the enemies with DoT debuffs, making them take massive amounts of DoT damage based on the amounts of stacks that are present on the enemy.

Elizabeth Bathory (Brave)

Elizabeth Bathory (Brave) is a 4* Saber servant that specializes in dealing decent amounts of single target damage to 1 enemy in a damage instance, allowing her to soften the enemies up for other allies in the team and help boost her damage against enemies by using her skills that massively boost her damage output for 1 turn.

Elizabeth Bathory (Brave) is a parody character that experiences all the characteristics of a “hero” character in a fairytale, making her skill kit extremely interesting and sometimes, decently powerful enough to make her standout on her own against other sabers in the game. Elizabeth Bathory (Brave)’s skill kit revolves around granting Elizabeth herself a large variety of buffs in order to make her extremely powerful in order to deal a massive powerful blow before being unable to act afterwards.

By buffing herself with massive amounts of buffs, Elizabeth Bathory (Brave) will be able to utilize the various buffs on her to boost her Noble Phantasm damage, a Noble Phantasm that ignores the enemy’s defense, allowing her to deal a massive blow of damage on the enemy in an instance.

Mecha Eli-Chan & Mecha Eli-Chan Mk.II

Both Mecha Eli-Chan and Mecha Eli-Chan Mk.II are 4* Alter Ego servants that specializes in providing various beneficial buffs to the entire team in the form of critical stars and attack buffs all the while having the ability to deal massive amounts of single target Noble Phantasm damage with their multi hit Noble Phantasms.

Mecha Eli-Chan and Mecha Eli-Chan Mk.II are two of the same servants that both have the same skills, the same noble phantasm and the same stats. The only difference between them are their appearance and their append skill which can be used to deal with different classes of servants when upgraded. Mecha Eli-Chan and Mecha Eli-Chan Mk.II skill kit allows them to boost the entire team’s combat prowess by providing them with various important buffs like critical stars, attack up and others in order to boost the entire team’s power.

Mecha Eli-Chan and Mecha Eli-Chan Mk.II most notable power lies in their Noble Phantasm, which deal massive amounts of Single Target Noble Phantasm damage to a single enemy by dealing multiple hits to them, coupled that with their Alter Ego class which is advantageous to almost all of the classes in the game and you have yourself very powerful free servants to have in your servants roster.

Special Rate Up Banner - Should You Roll

Together with the Halloween returns celebration campaign, players will be able to have a chance to roll for a returning limited servant - the 5* Assassin Cleopatra.

Cleopatra

Cleopatra is a 5* Assassin servant that specializes in dealing massive amounts of AOE Buster damage with her Noble Phantasm, allowing her to be a decently powerful farmer for the Assassin class.

Cleopatra’s main strong point lies solely in her Noble Phantasm, which allows her to deal a good amount of AOE Buster damage to all enemies once she have been buffed by her skills which improve her buster performance and enhances her Noble Phantasm damage, allowing her to be a decent farmer against waves of weaker enemies when paired with appropriate support servants.

Should You Roll

No, You Should Not. Cleopatra is not a very friendly servant to build and she is not that powerful in the meta of the game right now due to other more powerful options being available for players to grab, therefore, players should not prioritize rolling for her.
