Fallen Land Moonlight Blessing - Who Should You Pick

With the update of the hero connection system, players who have finished reading the story of the Fallen Land chapter in Moonlight Theater will now have the chance to obtain a free 5* Moonlight hero among the 7 5* Moonlight Heroes.

The selection of the Moonlight Heroes are as follows: Remnant Violet, Conqueror Lilias, Commander Pavel, Death Dealer Ray, Astromancer Elena, Sylvan Mage Vivian and Mediator Kawerik.

 

Remnant Violet

Remnant Violet is a 5* Thief hero of the Dark Element that specializes in dodging enemies’ attacks and countering their attacks with devastating and quick moves, allowing him to deal massive amounts of damage in order to quickly pierce through their defenses and defeat them in an instance.

Remnant Violet’s special talent lies in his 2nd skill ability which grants him an Evasion buff at the start of every turn, increasing his chance of dodging on coming attacks by enemies by 50%. In addition, this talent also allows him to gain a focus counter every time he dodges an enemy attack. 

 

Remnant Violet’s 3rd skill allows him to deal a massively powerful single target strike, ignoring 50% of the target’s defense and dealing massive amounts of damage to them. When his 2nd talent grants him 5 focus counters, Remnant Violet will immediately use his 3rd skill on a random enemy, countering them with a devastating attack.

 

Conqueror Lilias

Conqueror Lilias is a 5* Knight Hero of the Light element that specializes in buffing her allies with an extremely powerful buff in addition to hindering the enemies’ movement and power with powerful debuffs and useful negative effects.

Conqueror Lilias’ main strong point lies in her 3rd and 2nd skill back to back combo. Conqueror Lilias’ 3rd skill allows her to take charge and initiate a non-attacking skill against all enemies, decreasing their buffs’ duration by 1 and inflicting them with a 2 turn attack down debuff in addition to granting all allies a special buff “Vigor” which increases the attack and defense of allies by 30% each, then grants Conqueror Lilias herself an extra turn. 

 

Conqueror Lilias 2nd skill taunts an enemy, decreasing their combat readiness by 25% and inflicting them with redirect provoke, making them unable to attack anyone but the ally with the highest HP.

 

Commander Pavel

Commander Pavel is a 5* Ranger Hero of the Light elements that specializes in dealing massive amounts both of AOE and Single Target Damage to enemies with the damage increasing proportional to his own speed stats.

Thanks to his 2nd skill and 3rd skill, Commander Pavel is one of the prime heroes for a quick cleave team that can take out a specific target as quickly as possible. Commander Pavel’s 2nd skill passive allows him to accumulate a fighting spirit whenever an ally deals a critical hit and helps him initiate an AOE attack whenever his fighting spirit reaches 100, increasing his own combat readiness by 50% after the attack.

 

Commander Pavel’s 3rd skill allows him to deal a massive single target hit to an enemy, piercing the enemy defense proportion to the difference in his own attack stat and their attack stat and dealing proportional damage to his own speed stat.

 

Death Dealer Ray

Death Dealer Ray is a 5* Soul Weaver Hero of the Dark element that specializes in neutralizing tanky enemy temp comps by inflicting them with a special debuff - Venom.

Death Dealer Ray is an extremely good team player character with his ability to massively hinder the enemy with the debuff - Venom. Death Dealer Ray’s 3rd skill allows him to deal an AOE hit to all enemies, inflicting them with Sleep and Venom and granting himself an extra turn.

 

In addition, Death Dealer Ray’s 2nd skill allows him to grant the entire team a Pestilence status buff, granting them the ability to inflict Venom on enemies with every skill. Once Venom is inflicted, the target will take 10% of their max HP as damage every turn.

 

Astromancer Elena

Astromancer Elena is a 5* Ranger Hero of the Light attribute that specializes in completely stopping all enemies’ counter attacks with her unique status buff - Star’s Blessing.

Astromancer Elena’s strong point mainly lies in her ability to grant herself the Star’s Blessing unique buff, which allows her to completely neutralize all enemies’ counter attacks while the buff is still up. Astromancer Elena’s 2nd skill passive grants her this special status at the start of battle and whenever an ally attacks an enemy, Elena will be able to receive 20% combat readiness. 

 

Astromancer Elena’s 3rd skill allows her to inflict the enemy team with highly restrictive debuffs including the Restric debuff and Unhealable, massively hindering their defensive abilities in addition to granting Elena a 2 turn Star’s Blessing buff.

 

Sylvan Sage Vivian

Sylvan Sage Vivian is a 5* Mage Hero of the Light Element that is extremely tanky and grants herself massively good defensive buffs all while dealing good damage to all enemies.

Sylvan Sage Vivian’s strong point lies in her 3rd and 2nd skill passive which both grants her good defensive and offensive useful buffs, allowing her to stay on the field as long as possible all the while dealing good AOE damage to enemies proportional to her max HP.

 

In addition to all of this, Sylvan Sage Vivian’s 2nd skill passive allows her to reduce the damage she takes by a massive 50%, allowing her to stay on the field as long as possible to deal damage to enemies and increase the power of her allies through her beneficial and powerful buffs.

 

Mediator Kawerik

Mediator Kawerik is a 5* Warrior Hero of the Dark Element that specializes in cleansing the entire team of debuffs and resisting debuffs himself, granting the entire team a massive advantage against the enemy.

Mediator Kawerik’s powerful kit based around his 2nd and 3rd skill allow him to be one of the best openers in the game. Mediator Kawerik’s 3rd skill allows him to reduce all debuffs duration on himself by 1 turn and when used, will completely remove all debuffs from all allies.

 

Mediator Kawerik’s 2nd skill allows him to deal damage to 1 enemy, dispelling all of their buffs and granting an ally a barrier, helping to hinder the enemy and increase the defensive power of the team.

Fallen Land Moonlight Blessing - Who Should You Pick

Among the selection and the heroes available as mentioned above, it is clear that each of the Moonlight 5*s up for grab each have their own role to fill and every single one of them are powerful in their own right. That being said, there are definite good meta picks among these selection:

Top Priority: Mediator Kawerik and Conqueror Lilias - Top Tier characters that dominate and should be picked.

 

High Priority: Sylvan Sage Vivian, Astromancer Elena, and Commander Pavel - Strong contenders if you already have the two heroes above.

 

Low Priority: Remnant Violet and Death Dealer Ray - Very situational and gear heavy characters, not recommended.
