VidAngel is good for cleaning out movies and it works very well. A problem with it that I find is that shows that I watch change themselves. One of the shows, for example, Jury Duty has let me watch it on Amazon Prime and Freevee. I watched it through Amazon prime which I own completely, but then 2 days later it would only work through Freevee. I've noticed this a few times in shows and it seems weird that it would do this. Other than that, it works well.
This app has what seems to be a debilitatingly horrible memory leak, as it slows to a crawl the more you scroll, eventually becoming unusable and even slowing the entire system down. Please fix! UPDATE: It seems the memory leak was addressed, so that's good. It no longer slows down to a crawl. So I'm updating to 3 stars, from 1 star. There are some things that still need to be addressed -- for example, I've been trying to cast an Amazon show and that never works.
Love the service, not the execution. I love getting shows filtered but the app is constantly pausing even though I have excellent wi-fi speeds. I have to rewind 10 seconds, pause it for 5 seconds, then push play in order to watch another 4 to 5 minutes. Then I give up watching after doing that a few times. Please figure out how to have continuous playback, especially because your subscription isn't cheap.
