Error error error. That's what I always get, will work one time, the next time it says have to hook up to your router first. Even though I've done that 8, 10, 12 times? Verizon advertises it as a perk, I'm sure I'm paying for it, yet no one can get it to run consistently. Reloading the app doesn't seem to help and reading reviews it seems I'm not alone. Going to bail on Verizon TV soon.
This app often doesn't work, it shows nothing but a white screen. Or it just has an endless loop for login. Even when it does work it doesn't show you all information. FiOS is great when it works, but if you actually need support, good luck. I have never had worse customer support than I consistently get from Verizon. May the odds be ever in your favor
Update is a huge downgrade. This app has gotten so bad I'm considering dropping Fios all together. The watch experience is unbearable now. Freezes all of the time. Slow response to pause/play button and worst of all DVR no longer keeps place of where you left off. Have to start from begining over and over again if you stop watching for a while. And don't get me started on the new interface. Bulky. I really hate this app now and I used to love it.
