Terrible experience! I installed brand new Duracell batteries. I only locked it up for 8-10 hours(at night) at a time, basically. The first couple of nights battery powered decrease from 100% to 86% or 89%. On the 4th morning I couldn't unlock it. I put in brand new batteries and followed the instructions to no avail!
Weak password and didn't play nicely with last pass password manager. Questionable security seeing as it's a Chinese app. I'm not trying to be racist but I question the security of devices and apps from China. So months later I buy a new phone and try to add/unlock my bike lock. The password was saved in a password manager so I wouldn't have to misstype it or even remember it. I try copying typing and autofilling and it says wrong password.
Very difficult to locate the lock to install. I followed the instructions as directed, but now I have a device that's locked and no way to unlock it. Can't try to remove the batteries because it will set off the alarm. I'm not having a good first impression on this lock, so it will definitely be returned.
