Edit: in my email spam folder, there was an email to activate the account. Once I activated the account the app worked. I would appreciate if the app has more features that shows how to effectively use the registered/connected product. Some video links or routine reminders or time count down and directions to move to next area of the face. I would like to do more than just connect the device and that's it.
After adding all of my products to my individual routines, I assumed once you start a routine and send the product you're using to the BOOST, it would automatically select the corresponding LED light color. This app acts as nothing more than a guide on how to use the BOOST. I cycle through the different colors until I get to the one that is meant for the specific product I'm using. There are duplicates of some products, and others aren't categorized correctly. And I'm using the updated version.
Wish I hadn't wasted my icon bix choice on this. It's so unclear what it actually does, it can't find half of the products I use. Nor can I get it to sync up and actually show me how to use this weird little pod. It's a gimmick that isn't going to find a lasting market simply because there are no instructions for it. A great cash grab, if you ask me, but as a consumer, it's just an expensive hockey puck with an app that needs too many phone permissions for what it's supposed to do.
